The aiChef takes the user's desired doneness and sear level set via touchscreen, paired with information from the smart sensors, to dynamically control the unique Dual Vertical Infrared Burnerswhich pulse and move horizontally, closer and further from the food. The burners operate at a volcanic 1652° F outputting 13.4kW and provide 360° cooking, simultaneously grilling both edges and sides, creating the perfect sear and eliminating the need to flip. Yes, Perfecta^® uses both Gas and Electricity. Simply:
1. Plug in a 12V power source to power the electronics.
2. Connect propane tank using the supplied regulator valve at the rear of the grill to power the 2x Infrared Burners.
