      SEERGRILLS Inc. Perfecta® Warranty Policy (USA)

      This warranty policy applies to the Perfecta® AI-powered grill (the "Product") purchased from SEERGRILLS Inc. ("SEERGRILLS") within the United States.

      1. Warranty Period: The Perfecta® is covered by a warranty for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase (the "Warranty Period").
      2. What's Covered: This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship of the Product under normal residential use, including:
      • Manufacturing defects
      • Material defects
      • Malfunctioning components (excluding wear and tear)
      • Defects in the AI module
      1. What's Not Covered: This warranty does not cover:
      • Normal wear and tear of the Product or its components
      • Cosmetic damage (dents, scratches, discoloration)
      • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or accident
      • Damage caused by improper installation, operation, or maintenance
      • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
      • Damage caused by power surges or other electrical issues
      • Damage caused by fire, flood, or other natural disasters
      • Use of the Product for commercial purposes
      1. Customer Responsibilities:
      • To receive warranty service, you must provide proof of purchase in the form of the original receipt or invoice.
      • You must operate the Product according to the instructions provided in the user manual.
      • You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the Product to SEERGRILLS for warranty service. You must cover the initial shipping costs. SEERGRILLS will cover return shipping costs if the warranty claim is valid.
      1. Warranty Service:
      • SEERGRILLS will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective Product or component with a new or refurbished one.
      • The estimated repair time for in-warranty service is 3-4 weeks. This timeframe may vary depending on the availability of parts and other factors.
      • In the event of a replacement, SEERGRILLS will provide an exact model replacement if available. If the exact model is unavailable, SEERGRILLS will replace it with a comparable model of equal or greater value.
      1. Warranty Service Center: To initiate a warranty claim, please contact SEERGRILLS customer service by email at support@seergrills.com. You can also submit a warranty claim form online atwww.seergrills.com/pages/warrantyform.
      2. Warranty Disclaimer; Duration Limitation: EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED ABOVE IN THIS LIMITED WARRANTY, AND SOLELY TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SEERGRILLS DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH RESPECT TO THE PERFECTA® PRODUCT, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. TO THE EXTENT ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES CANNOT BE DISCLAIMED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, THE DURATION OF SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES WILL BE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.

      SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

      1. Limitation of Damages: IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND DURATION LIMITATION: (A) IN NO EVENT WILL SEERGRILLS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY, OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY DAMAGES FOR LOST DATA OR LOST PROFITS, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY OR THE PERFECTA® PRODUCT TO WHICH IT APPLIES; AND (B) SEERGRILLS’ TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THIS LIMITED WARRANTY AND THE PERFECTA® PRODUCT TO WHICH IT APPLIES WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID FOR SUCH PERFECTA® PRODUCT BY THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER.

      FEDERAL LAW, SOME STATES, PROVINCES, AND OTHER JURISDICTIONS DO OR MAY NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM JURISDICTION. THE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, AND LIMITATIONS UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WILL NOT APPLY TO THE EXTENT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

      1. Transferability: This warranty is not transferable and applies only to the original purchaser of the Product.
      2. Governing Law and Venue: This warranty policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes arising from or relating to this warranty policy shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
      3. Severability: If any provision of this warranty policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
      4. Arbitration Clause: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this warranty policy, including its formation, interpretation, performance, or breach, shall be settled by arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The place of arbitration shall be Delaware. The language to be used in the arbitral proceedings shall be English.
      5. Additional Considerations:
      • SEERGRILLS reserves the right to modify this warranty policy at any time without prior notice.
      • This warranty policy is effective as of the date of purchase and may be updated periodically. Please refer to the SEERGRILLS website for the most current version of the warranty policy.
