1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and:

Operational and diagnostic information generated by the Product.
3. IMPORTANT SAFETY NOTICE
The Product is a high-temperature gas appliance that can cause serious injury, fire, or death if used improperly.
By using the Product, you acknowledge and agree that:

You assume all risks associated with misuse or failure to follow safety instructions.
4. PRODUCT USE REQUIREMENTS
You agree to use the Product only in accordance with all safety instructions provided in the User Manual.

Outdoor Use Only
The Product is designed exclusively for outdoor use.
Never operate the Product:
Clearance From Combustibles
Maintain a minimum clearance of 40 cm (15.7 inches) from combustible materials.
No Overhead Combustible Structures
Do not operate the Product beneath combustible overhead structures such as:
Supervision Requirement
The Product must never be operated unattended.
A responsible adult must supervise the appliance during operation.
Leak Testing
Before first use and whenever reconnecting a propane cylinder, users should perform a leak test using the method described in the User Manual.
Failure to perform proper leak testing may result in fire or explosion.
Gas Supply
Only approved propane gas cylinders and regulators specified by SEERGRILLS may be used.

The Product includes AI-assisted cooking features such as AiChef.

You are solely responsible for ensuring food is cooked safely.
Users should verify internal food temperatures using an independent food thermometer in accordance with applicable food safety guidelines.
SEERGRILLS is not responsible for illness, injury, or damages resulting from undercooked or improperly handled food.
7. APP CONNECTIVITY & REMOTE LIMITATIONS
For safety reasons:
The App cannot remotely ignite burners or start cooking.
All cooking operations must be initiated directly at the appliance.
Connectivity interruptions (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, or internet services) may affect App functionality.
Users must always supervise the Product directly.
8. SOFTWARE & FIRMWARE UPDATES
The Product may receive periodic firmware updates.
These updates may:

Users must not disconnect power during firmware updates.
Interrupting updates may damage system software and may not be covered under warranty.
SEERGRILLS may modify or discontinue certain software features as necessary for safety or regulatory compliance.
9. DATA COLLECTION & TELEMETRY
The Product collects telemetry data necessary for operation and safety monitoring.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

United Kingdom & European Customers
For customers located in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, disputes shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, and may be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be limited under applicable law, including rights under:
